Website research: including type of E-commerce website you plan to develop, 5 similar websites, model and target market

As part of the website project, I created a website for a restaurant, more like a steakhouse. Currently, the business does not have a website, which will likely be launched after the project is completed. The business name is Restaurant City  and it will offer customers the following services:

1. Good quality food
2. Experient team (barman, waiters)
3. Excellent chef skills.

The business model for my website will be mainly a B2C model. The business slogan is "We Cook, YOU EAT." To optimize our website results and appearances we conducted study research across five similar businesses:
